## Success Metrics (Core-First)

This metrics framework is split into:

* **Core launch gates (blocking):** must pass for v1 launch readiness
* **Core operating KPIs (first 90 days):** measure real adoption and reliability
* **Deferred KPIs (non-blocking):** tracked for post-v1 CCA/growth expansion only

## A. Core Launch Gates (Blocking)

These gates map directly to [14-milestones.md](/docs/gotts-vaults/vault/14-milestones.md) and are evaluated before mainnet launch.

### Strategy Auctions (Track E)

### Rebalance Execution Quality (Track D)

* Rebalance slippage vs benchmark (bps, median and p95) — auction vs TWAMM vs direct
* Solver participation rate (unique solvers per auction)
* Auction fallback rate (% of intents falling back to TWAMM or reschedule)
* Solver bond slashing events (count and reasons)
* Execution quality score (composite: slippage, gas efficiency, surplus captured)

### Cross-Chain Deposits (Track E)

* Cross-chain deposit volume via ERC-7683 intents (USD)
* Source chain distribution (% of deposits from non-Base chains)
* Cross-chain deposit settlement time (median)

### Aggregator Discovery

* Listed on vaults.fyi within 30 days of mainnet launch
* Listed on DefiLlama within 14 days of mainnet launch
* ERC-4626 preview function accuracy vs actual (deviation < 1 bps for deposit/redeem roundtrips)
* Share price queryable at hourly granularity (required for vaults.fyi APY calculation)

## E. KPI Governance

* Core launch gates are reviewed weekly during implementation and must be green before release sign-off.
* KPI definitions and thresholds are versioned; any threshold change requires PRD update plus rationale entry in `DECISIONS.md`.
* Deferred KPI dashboards remain informational until the corresponding expansion track is promoted from deferred to active scope.
